No. Every listing goes through review before going live — that is what keeps the Menzil catalogue trustworthy for buyers. The turnaround depends on your plan, from 48 hours down to a few minutes.
Can I import my listings automatically from my software?
Yes, from the Performance plan onwards. You provide your XML or JSON feed URL and your catalogue syncs automatically.
How do I get the verified partner badge?
After the Menzil team checks your trade register and tax ID. The red “Verified by Menzil” badge remains reserved for properties under mandate that our teams have physically inspected.
My agency is already in the Menzil directory, what happens?
Create your professional account using your agency's exact registered name: the team links your existing directory profile to your account, along with its reviews and history.
Can I give access to my negotiators?
